- stuck in a 20 year old mindset and tech stack. The supply team especially has been using the same in house system for 20 years. It's extremely manual and out of date compared to even the most basic systems today. Any thoughts for improvements are shot down. Leadership is surprised when there are failures and people don't bend over backwards to make a broken system work.
- Lack of leadership. 0 developmental conversations or meetings. Management is too busy chasing day to day issues to have a long term plan. Same managers have been there for 20 years and won't change their bad habits.
