Vantaggi

I’ve worked here for about 3.5 years as a Property Manager, and overall it’s been a very positive experience. Being a family-owned business, there’s a strong sense of care and approachability from leadership. Management is helpful and genuinely supportive, especially when it comes to personal needs and work-life flexibility. Compensation is competitive, and there are real opportunities for growth if you’re motivated and willing to take on responsibility. The environment feels collaborative, and leadership is accessible when guidance is needed.

Svantaggi

At times, the workload can become overwhelming, especially during busy periods. Balancing multiple priorities can be challenging, so strong time-management skills are important.

Vantaggi

The people there are super supportive and kind. Work times are extremely flexible (within reason) and were very understanding with conflicts.

Svantaggi

The work could get repetitive.

Vantaggi

They promote fast. Everything seems great in the beginning

Svantaggi

Unfortunately this is company you want to stay far away from. I worked here for a two years and in my time saw over 7 (that is right--SEVEN) managers quit or be fired because of poor management. They don't respect employees and have a company culture that consists of drinking as much as possible (in no way professional). Training is inadequate and I managed over 400 apartments without help! They ask you for one thing but then when you do it correctly, they tell you it is wrong and want you to do it a different way. You can't win. They will defeat you & make you feel like you are the worse person in the world. Do yourself a favor and do significant research before accepting a position with this company. Meet with Judy and see how fake she is. Ask the contractors how they really feel about the company. Ask them how many employees have gone through the property. Look at the salary they are going to give you vs. what other companies will give you for the work you're doing. Unfortunately part of my salary *and previous managers before me* was being able to live on site for a discount, but then when you get fired (you will, because EVERYONE does) you will have to move. This company seriously ruined my self image. Everyone warned me this would happen to me, so I am warning you back. Please please stay away!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Although I feel that your comments do not reflect facts, it is always helpful to hear feedback to help us to continually improve. I do want to make a correction regarding employees that live onsite, if employment ends, that person is not required to move, however they are expected to uphold the lease terms like any other resident (whether they are employed or not), and if there are lease violations we may choose to not renew the lease. I appreciate your feedback and wish you the best of luck.
