Call expectations are not realistic and when you try to have a discussion about how to obtain the goals you’re told to just ignore the goals and be client focused only to have a write-up citing performance a few months later because your client centered call took longer than 8mins. Very male dominated, tone policing and blatant retaliation. No one cares about discrimination. I filed multiple reports and was told to not compare my self to others because it’s unprofessional. Got written up without a prior discussion about ANYTHING included in the write up. The write up also included an accusation of a no-call-no-show while citing my email calling out as unprofessional. I ended up being fired by the person I filed an discrimination report against and the person I reported them to and they refused to tell me why I was being fired all for them to put lies on my U5. If you value your license or your dignity as a woman, DO NOT WORK HERE!

Total compensation is competitive, new hires are eager to jump in, and it seems like a company strategy is finally coming together. Things continue to move slowly though because projects from the loudest voice or most tenured associates tend to get prioritized and throw off critical investments into fixing data, process, and tech debt issues to mature our ability to market like it’s 2026 instead of 2016.

Too many bottlenecks to execution; If you’re seeking to make a meaningful impact, don’t expect it fast. Expect to navigate uncertainty while the company claims to help clients do this for their portfolios instead of helping associates to help clients — This is branded fluff for leadership without clear direction, driving teams to waste too much time and energy in meetings and boring demo decks every month to make being busy look like value by being the loudest voice, which is what you’ll notice many of the most tenured associates do best. Slides might look pretty but AI doesn’t make sense of this noise and clients don’t benefit from all the hours spent in PowerPoint. Unclear ownership leads to internal redundancies or team friction, on top of the inconsistent documentation and fragmented data siloes that are ironically impeding readiness for AI mandates coming from the CEO.
