They are great for a tight knit close company.. working with the owner side by side made me feel like some of my work was appreciated.

Extremely unorganized. very unprofessional. Worked for the company for almost 6 years, and got let go in the middle of the day after having “poor attitude” with 0 previous write ups or warnings… not only did the owners not inform me of my termination either they insisted on having another employee come to my house to get my key off me and that I’d not longer be working there… in all my years I’ve never felt so disrespected by grown adults. In my 6 years with T-shirt time NEVER once was I paid for any overtime or stat holiday pay! Even tho I was working an average of 70hrs a week… And I was later manipulated into letting go of any termination notice or pay-of-lieu, plus any severance pay. This company only cares about covering themselves and what’s going to make them money! Hours are not properly filed, as well as being told it was best to pay me in cash for hours I worked out of “convenience” really they are just doing that so you now have your hands dirty too! Be aware! Get all your paperwork! Take photos of everything!! I’d even record conversations for your own records!!! Employees Always remember you should be signing an employment contact!!! If they don’t offer you a contract, RUN WHILE YOU CAN!! Don’t let them waste years of your time like they did me! I was promised so much and only at the end of the day did I realize I was the one who was played the fool! Don’t let this be you!!!!
