      - benefits - training programs - good colleagues - mostly interesting work

      Svantaggi

      - wrong people in management positions - very poor communication from management to employees - chaotic processes - very bad experience with project management (resources are shared on multiple projects and operation, poor support from line managers etc.) - poor salary (some small experienced newcomers have higher salary than people who are working in company for 3+ years) - quantity over quality
