- Salaries could be higher and more adequate for employees/people according their skills and experience in IT. - Sometimes higher management; team leaders; HR is behaving unfair to employees in some aspects of work life. - Diversity in salaries for newcomers and for people within the company (with university degree, without university degree, with technical university degree). - They do not care a lot for the employees who are 3+ years with them and who are experienced. - It is better to pay for two or three unskilled newcomers than 2-3+ years skilled IT guy. - They do not give adequate salary for ppl with 2+years work experience in IT , who are trying their luck with T-Systems Slovkia. - On-call duty in some teams. You have to be "on the phone" and ready for work during the weekend or during the night if some problems pop up.
