      Some interesting projects, really good cooperation between colleagues, good internal tools (social intranet, Atlassian tools, timesheet), management supports knowledge sharing, great work-life balance, strong support by mother company (Deutsche Telekom AG), training budgets, health provision, easy to get current computer hardware

      Very mixed set of projects, little chances to influence company goals, hard to get promoted, some older offices in bad condition, many external workforce
