      Some people have flexibility, since the manager allows it. It is not for everybody. The tecnical courses are not for everybody also. But how I had both I consider it a benefit.

      Low salaries, unffair environment, doesn't pay courses for everybody (including when it is needed), doesn't help to pay postgraduation or MBA or english language courses. The company helps us with food, transport and health insurance, but I don't consider it benefits, but an employer obligation.

      Good work-life balance compared to many consulting companies. Stable environment and structured processes.

      Svantaggi

      Decision-making can be slow due to large corporate structure. Salary growth may feel slower than at startups or U.S.-based tech companies.
