Ownership has unrealistic growth and EBITDA objectives and couldn't give a rip about the people that make the company tick. Owners did a RIF equal to 10% of the staff the day they bought us. Resources in some areas are starved. Part of the growth strategy is through acquisition. But the only company purchased so far has been a horrible drain on the already limited resources. The company did a crummy self designed questionnaire to measure employee engagement and then did nothing at all with the data.
