      Good company, good people. Lots of opportunities to grow, although this requires reaching out and learning about departments to move into. Good perks and staff, HR is very accessible and supportive. I enjoyed "making the job my own", and being able to work with minimal supervision.

      Can get "siloed". As a "department of one", I had to reach out to other departments to learn more and for collaborative work. Easy to do though. Lots of people willing to help, so it wasn't bad at all.

      The job is flexible. There is good communication with management. Get to use hand tools and troubleshooting equipment. I get three weeks off a year, including sick leave.

      Sometimes there is a delay when I need help troubleshooting equipment.
