Really great atmosphere to work in, sometimes they other departments want to use new software just for the sake of it being new, and not necessarily always helpful.

Cool events, free products, nice people to work with. Products are great and you learn fast

The company fosters an environment where work routinely spills into nights, weekends, and holidays, with an expectation that employees remain constantly available. Those extra demands are often treated as the norm rather than the exception and are not matched by appropriate compensation or recognition. In my experience, the leadership style contributes to an unhealthy culture, with unrealistic expectations and little regard for work-life balance. Employees are expected to make significant personal sacrifices, yet there is minimal appreciation for those efforts and little sense of long-term loyalty in return. Combined with compensation that does not reflect the workload, it creates an unsustainable environment for many people.
