Working hours, sometimes overtime until late at night and then morning shift the next day. Discriminating against non-Chinese speakers. Management will tend to favor fellow chinese employees over foreign especially minorities. The culture they promote from the beginning does not reflect their actual judgement on their employees. They will only listen to those who suck up to them. Unfair promotions: Promoting an employee that couldn’t even comprehend the international aviation language (ENGLISH). Just to make the employee stay with the company as they feel threatened if the employee leaves. Other employees who work twice as hard and deserves the promotion just fly under the radar and do not get any recognition. The company has undergone a lot of staff turnover which is unusual for such a small entity. Yet, the management does not seem to care if they lose people. For management, people are replaceable. Management tends to hold a grudge when an employee hands a resignation and does not undergo proper clearances for the employee to move forward to the next job
