If you have a questioning and innovative mindset, this is not the company for you. If you are relentless in creating, advancing and automating work processes, stay away. The lack of company vision coupled with the generally autocratic management style limits growth for both the employee and employer. I've seen and personally experienced several hostile type work situations created partially due to this management style.
