Bosses micromanage everything, was harassed for using the bathroom, was asked inappropriate questions about my race and about my parents background from my boss. Management thinks going to the bathroom means your break. Communication breaks down from management to staff because of language barrier, so goals and expectations for the work are not clear. Hard to break the belief that 996 culture in asia should be in the United States. The work you do is also highly inefficient, youre just an extra middle man for businesses. There are also no incentives outside of the yearly raise.
