There are no pros terrible place to work worst sales manager micromanage care more about Salesforce than their low inventory and no sales. Have no funds to buy equipment. Everything is always on backorder and they keep saying they’re getting equipment but never receive.

Do not work here you will be sadly disappointed as they have no money for inventory care more about logging in Salesforce than selling food service equipment. Products are highly priced and inventory is severely low. The worst sales manager I have ever worked with terrible culture and low pay for the industry.

Communication Communication is severely lacking both within departments and organization-wide. That is the biggest and only downside I experienced.
