Pay is a huge let down Managers being two faced Training Lack of support Late shifts till 7pm System issues Favouritism Doing every other departments work with no pay increase Being the frontline for abuse for other departments mistakes Lots of rework leads to easy burn out MASSIVELY UNDERSTAFFED

Like most financial companies, change can be slow but progress is always happening. Sometimes there can be a dull in communication between management and teams.
