Great remumeration, got along really well with some of the people there like colleagues and managers. If the work was at a more reasonable load it would have been enjoyable to complete.

Svantaggi

Micromanaging with the phone system. Unrealistic workloads impacting stress levels, minimal support as all colleagues are busy with their own work. Focus being taken away from important work in favor of low-value meetings, convoluted processes and procedures.

TAL has been a great place that is a large company in the industry but also feels close-knit on the inside. Opportunities are given to those that seek it. People are candid and passionate about their work.

Svantaggi

Like most financial companies, change can be slow but progress is always happening. Sometimes there can be a dull in communication between management and teams.
