Salary on time is only pros of this company.

you have to work on office hours as well as after office, means you have to join the late night meetings just after 1-2 hrs after office it will start on 9 pm and it will end by 1-2 am. If you will ask for leaves if it is paid leave then definitely they will deny for it and when you will ask for loss of pay then they will allow you, they don't want there employees to use paid leaves. and even they will not pay for it. Even I don't want to give them e even single star, before joining please ask from any of the working employee in the organization, they can be available on linkedin.

except salary on time, there is no other pros of this company.

Initially they say they are for permanent position, but once the project is over with the client they will to leave on the last day with the client. They want employee to server 2 months on probation but they dont serve even one complete month as notice..... Poor and liar company.
