      Contract and client we were supporting made the situation more difficult than desired. It was tough to deliver on the expectations along with maintaining the workforce in a very competitive employment sector.

      I enjoyed my time with TAPE, they were kind and understanding, if you are a solid employee they do their best to take care of you and look at for you.

      There is very, very little interaction between management and employees on a contract. On the contract I was on, there was no opportunity for raises even if you had a perfect annual review.
