Management is okay, could be better.

Salary, life-work balance, federal plus tribal holidays off.

If you are not an enrolled tribal member you will have hard time managing them. Its very hard to be taken seriously when you are not from the community or have relatives. The tribal council micro manages everything that is associated with the tribe.
