      The technologies being used are good enough.

      This company follows a work till you drop policy. You are expected to work hard daily and spend even your personal time thinking about the high workload. Plus, they don't give enough vacations to let employees catch some "me-time". It's horrible.

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
