As you need to judge a lot of tasks in a short while, you need strong time management skills here. Most people are so busy with work that they don't even have the time to talk to one another. It ruins the intire work atmosphere.

Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
