1) If you’re not a chatu person then you might not survive.
2) you wont get projects that helps you grow coz technology that being use is so backward
3) leads and senior people does not have any knowledge about how new technology
4) If any project goes good then leads and manager the ones to take credit and if something goes wrong then you are one to take blame.
