      Vantaggi

      Lots of overtime, lots of easy shifts/empty hours. Depending on client, there could be some cool perks like discounts or free use of facilities. Also, uniforms and equipment are provided for most sites. Weekly pay.

      Svantaggi

      Poor communication structure both within company and with clients. Management never seemed to have any real plan outside of a given month, resulting in lots of short-notice schedule changes/overtime. "Post orders," or client-specific guidelines for each site, were often left empty indefinitely, leading to misunderstandings over what a client wanted and didn't want us to do.
