Geniun employees are facing it due to wrong doing of those HR heads. * Public news like increment and promotion are applicable till C2 grade. peanuts increment , No promotion for grade C3 and above. * Complete haressment of employees in the name of Retrun to office. Salary deduction based on work from office index. * While hiring HR convey you that performance pay ( monthly as well as quaterly) will be 100% , but when you join it will be in the range of 30%.
