There is significant diversity at TD, and the company is working even harder to improve it's impressive culture of inclusion, respect, and customer-focus.

The downside is that leaders at TD understand the value proposition to their employees: you like/love working here so we can afford to pay you less. Employees are recognized for exceptional work but often need to step out of their comfort zone and advocate for themselves in order to receive promotions and progress in their career. Many leaders are okay with people coasting in their job but will not reward this kind of behavior beyond the below industry average compensation that TD pays.
