Great colleagues and Team Management. Working hard and putting effort in will be recognised by both Management and Peers. No being voluntold for overtime.

TD doesnt do anything poorly, so there are no Hard Cons. Management can be slow to react to increase work flows and lack solutions or flexiblity to relieve employees when these situations are obviously coming.
