Very bad culture and no HR support - Recensione dipendente - Senior Manager presso TD

There is absolutely no check on the atrocities by some Managers. Since there is no strong HR governance, these unprofessional managers keep taking advantage of the situation and create a bullying and fear culture in the organization. An escalation to Executive leadership and HR is a waste of time. Very disappointed with the culture.
