Used to be a great place to work that focused on colleagues and good policies. Since Covid a severe shift. Constantly reorganizing, Had 18 leadership changes in 4 years. Removal of all flexibility staff had earned. Stripped of work life balance. The company goal is 5 days in office. Limiting roles in rural offices outside of Toronto Promoting only people to talk the talk. Unable to challenge any decisions. Leaders at the top have actually said “your family will understand that you have to choose work” when work life balance is raised.
