profitable company with stable revenue but engages in constant pointless restructuring. This causes a feeling of instability amongst employees. Key employees are overloaded wiith work due to constant downsizing and have grown tired of the unnecessary instability. CEO refers to this as necessary change but it hardly seems necessary given the profitablity of the company and mostly seems like change for the sake of change.
