Insufficient training provided. Unqualified managers. Negativity among co-workers. A core group of employees handle the bulk of the work while others slack off for the majority of the work day. Communication from management is extremely lacking. More time is spent on TEOA initiatives than actual work. No real positive outcomes from TEOA. If you are currently looking for a job, RUN away from this company. The job description sounds great but it is not an accurate description of what you will be doing. All employees in customer service say they wish they could find another job.
