Employees are supportive and there is a good sense of community. They often go out to eat together and the manager was very approachable. Commission is 160%

Told me it was not a sales job during the interview but then told me during my first day that they wanted me doing sales full time for a year and then sales for half of the day after that. Told me I could choose a salary plus commision option instead of only commission, that was a lie. It's the same job as a door to door salesman only you go to small businesses in strip malls instead of homes.

THE absolute best atmosphere of a business you could have. If your looking for life time friends, the ability to learn how to sell ( I mean actually sell), AND BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR OU AND A TEAM . THEN LOOK NO FURTHER. If you are the kind of person that wants to move up and get paid for how hard you work then you are looking in the right place!!!! if you are looking for a mentor to learn to sell then manage a team then manage a company your in the best spot possible working with Greg. if GREG doesn't know he will go to Mr. sessions THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY. IF YOU DONT GET THE ANSWER YOU WANT........THEN YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE WRONG ANSWER!!!!!!

I worked at this company at the wrong point in my life. I was in a bad place and not able to put my ability in to it. if you are looking for a job go somewhere else. this company is looking for people WHO WANT A CAREER AND WANT TO EARN IT. MOST MILLENIALS DONT WANT TO WORK AND WILL NEVER SUCCED BECASE OF IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They lie about what position they are looking to fulfill. If they like you they'll call you back for a second interview, despite the fact that in the first interview they say that will be the only one and the next time you come back you will be trained. Lies!! If they decide to hire you that have you fill out a bunch of paper work, one of which is you must agree to not be paid for your three days of training. Basically you won't be paid for those days until you complete a thirty day probation period. RED FLAG!! If you haven't ran out the door yet then they proceed to take you on your in field training. You basically go door to door of businesses trying to get them to switch from com ed to some random energy provider. These businesses have no idea you're coming and lots of times you are not welcomed. You literally walk door to door for eight to nine hours. And I guess in an effort to increase productivity they suggest you only take twenty minute break. It's a complete waste of time & effort & you have to be a complete idiot to work for this so called company.
