Great company to work for! - Recensione dipendente - Store Manager presso TEAM Wireless

Super excited to start with Team wireless. Was just laid off with Verizon sadly. But I am here to see how Team wireless is . Coming in with a positive mind.

Nothing to commit yet as I haven’t started working for the company until December 11th.

The management team is doing their best.

Team as a whole doesn’t respect their staff or culture. They lie about comp structure and change things without asking or heads up after they promise not to. They promise holidays off then force you to work with 1 weeks notice. So far they have taken over something I loved and drug it behind a horse through the mud. I am actively looking for somewhere that respects me and my upper level management who they have chosen to cut their pay about 50% without reason. If they don’t respect them, sure as anything they don’t respect the lower level staff. Best of luck to anyone who chooses to stay. Incredibly sad about this, watching something you love die.
