-There is rampant inconsistency between the various teams at this company. Engineers not part of the major corporate account teams are propelled into project management and project administration without support or adequate training, and are left personally holding the bag for project overruns and issues.
-The incentive comp plan became a carrot at the end of a stick. In order to ‘break even’ on billing goals, which can be easily missed due to issues outside of an individual’s direct control, engineers are worked at a nonstop fever pitch pace.
-The inescapable feeling of being behind and having to catch up on tasks and projects had an incredibly negative impact on my mood, energy and well being while here.
