Not a giant agency so you've got to be good with a tight Teem.

I enjoyed working alongside a number of other contractors and having a bit of freedom to take on design jobs as a lead designer with the company and various companies they worked with.

The owner of the business rips off other designers work, saying that work designers have done for other companies was done by them when it was not. Additionally, the management does not pay their employees or contractors on any type of schedule whatsoever because they are so heavily in debt. This is essentially a Ponzi scheme in which the work that designers are doing for companies currently, who are paying the company, is being paid to employees who haven't been paid in upwards of 12 months. If you want to have to threaten to sue this company for not being paid for your work in which they have profited from, this definitely the company for you.
