Not many, the only positive that will keep you there more than 12 months is the people you work with as eventually you will be worn down into forming close bonds with your fellow victims. Some of the initial training is good but it gets very repetitive.

You will spend more time filling out reports than you will speaking to candidates or clients. You won’t feel comfortable asking for holidays. You will encounter lies and deception almost every day, those who lie and deceive consistently well tend to be the most successful. You will be too exhausted at the end of every day to be bothered about having a life outside of work. You will be manipulated into doing whatever management think is right even if you know it isn’t.
