Little to no contact with the teksysyems team in Fort Lauderdale. Promise weekly pay but I have been under contract with them for three weeks and no pay. After confronting them about my paycheck for work performed. They tell me I have to wait 10 days before they can cut me a check. Who can afford that in South Florida? Spent couple hundred just on gas getting back and forth to work. Had to start my day before the sun came up just to get to client site on time and did not get home until it was dark and family was headed to bed with no pay. They also attempted to pay me less than what I had verbally agreed to by a dollar an hour until i confronted them. They have no way to get you a check in hand other than by mail because their headquarters is in the state of Connecticut. I have a family, a house payment etc... have worked as a 1099 subcontractor for 7 years my attempt at being an honest W-2 employee has been a nightmare.
