Reviews for teksystems are confusing as some are from actual teksystems employees and others are from contractors hired by teksystems (as it is a recruiting agency that places candidates in positions with other companies, but paid by teksystems for their contract). This is a review for working actually at teksystems as a technical recruiter. This company is the most awful company I’ve ever worked for. They target recent college graduates so they can pay minimally and have no expectations of professionalism. They will tell you their poor reviews are from disgruntled employees who were let go. No, believe the reviews. I didn’t and I wish I did. This has a sorority/fraternity like young party culture, hazing is encouraged, everyone is a child and behaves so, your personal off hours are not respected, their pay structure they will try to sell you on is bull. There’s so many moving pieces out of your control in the hands of others and it’s designed strategically to keep you from receiving any decent commission. Really an awful company, I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and work somewhere, anywhere else. There is no professionalism here. You’re just a rat on their wheel. Oh and can’t forget the one token black person in the ENTIRE building. Zero diversity. Worst.place.ever.worked.
