A lot of job so you can get more hours if you want them. Good insurance package, end of year bonus based on overall performance (individual and company). A lot of perks (deal on mobile phone, etc.)

Higher levels are disconnected from what employees are facing on a daily basis. Attempts at making room for employee contributions and involvement are only lip service to look good, not a real interest. A strong tendency to favor friends and family, promoting a "clique" environment. Since it is a technical environment, women are tolerated in administrative roles or as long as they are cute or submissive. No room for a woman to get any kind of promotion.
