Vantaggi

The amount of different people you will meet here is amazing from different culture's race and sexual orientation. Most of the TL's are amazing and helpful They offer a Gym and Game Room free to use during your work hours and the engagement team is always coming up with fun activities. The site director does fun things for the holidays.

Svantaggi

Work to Life Balance is horrible. They have a no fault attendance policy as most call centers do but it's really more of a benefit to the company then it is to the employees. The job advancement is horrible and the transferring between campaigns is even worse (if you are on a corrective final you can't move or advance at all). Shift bids are every 4 months and if you have daycare needs don't even bother asking for help as there will be none given. As for the core values that they express so much about and drill into you, I have yet to see them actually put into practice. Some of the things that have happened since my employment make me feel as if I am in high school all over again. There is a lot of room for improvement on quit a few of things.
