Steady fulfilling work great networking and clients. Family owned corporate structure.

Senior management plays favorites. Terrible communicators. Leaves you hanging all the time. Over promises then deflects blame. Toxic work environment if you don’t conform to ancient work flows and blatant eeoc and hr violations. No autonomy to make decisions or grow the company. No ability to streamline processes to save time and money. Counter productive work expected to be in 2 places at once. Doing 4 times the work for 1/5 of the pay. Stuck in 1975.
