Great autonomy within the company. I had my clients that I provided respite for and as long as they were happy TERI was happy. TERI also reimbursed for gas, provided an unexpected christmas bonus and raise. Fitness incentives were always fun too (quarterly incentive to set and achieve a fitness goal and get $150)
