No freedom, disturbing after off work , work more than 12hrs p/day & unwilling to ot also need to come,if not won't get increment.Boss keep pressure sup that can do work but no growth for us. boss play favourites even sup with discipline issue & can't do work properly still can growth fast and climb as manager. If u voice out Ur concern, they use bad word to low Ur self esteem & verbally attack u nonestop.
