I love my time in this role. My goal was to learn as much as I could from the CEO, and that is exactly what happened :)

None that I can think of!

ONE: The biggest strength of this company is the team dynamic that runs throughout the organization. It's apparent in one of the company's core mottos: "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." The team atmosphere creates a solidarity that promotes quick growth and opportunity. TWO: Experts become better experts at this company. Management provides the chance to get better at every aspect of your job with endless resources. They often foot the bill for most, if not all, educational tools you require for your success. THREE: Management believes failing fast is the fastest way to succeed. They understand that failing is a very important part of the success model - and lend support and encouragement for employees to do so. This approach trickles down to team members and work peers following that same supportive suit with one other. FOUR: The company hires truly excellent people. They take pride in bringing on advanced, A-list professionals - so strong - you could easily see several members running companies of their own. And because colleagues are constantly teaching and learning from one another, the talent pool in the office is always on the rise. TH Genesis embraces a 'rising tide floats all ships' mentality. The idea that 'when we succeed, we succeed together' is a rewarding feeling most workplaces miss out on.

The location is warm and welcoming pretty much year round. But the neighboring sunshine from one of Southern California's best beaches can be a little bright.
