'Power trip' among senior employees in some departments. There is a particular person working in the nursery/cultivation room, let's just call her by the name of Samy.. Well this person is a pretend manager who gives techs all sorts of bs tasks that have nothing to do with what they're supposed to do. Techs get in trouble all the time and it is never the pretend manager's fault because she is a seniority in the company. They take her words for it and will always be against any 'foot soldier' employee, as she mentioned many times previously.
