Absolutely no leadership or direction. There is a so called “SLT” who are meant to be the leaders which is a joke. The “President” who they shipped over from the UK is an ego maniac who over promises and under delivers and has no issue firing people at the drop of a dime.
Priorities are never clear and strategy changes every single day. Somehow it always ends up being the fault of the staff while leadership takes 0 accountability.
Oh and they cite a bonus structure in all contracts which is a lie because I don’t know of a single person who has received a bonus.
