The people at the bottom of the chain keeping this place afloat.

The senior leadership team in the studio are completely out of their depth. At this rate, it’s hard to see the studio lasting another 12 months. There’s a relentless cycle of redundancies, and no clear direction or stability. The people in charge are actively driving the place into the ground through poor decision making and a total lack of foresight. The business is dangerously over reliant on one or two major contracts, which leaves it incredibly exposed. Even their own internal brands would rather spend money on freelancers than trust THG Studios, which says everything about its reputation. As for the studio directors, their behaviour and leadership style are deeply unpleasant and only add to the dysfunction.

Top Senior Management weren't great A lot of people left due to wages being capped and bonuses for all staff being removed from your pay slip, you suddenly lost 4-5k from your annual wages. We had a Creative team of 450 people in THG Studios and they still outsourced the rebrand to another agency. Wasted money on big gorillas.
