It has great lighting, modern decor, is spacious, and has a balcony.

If you prefer doing the same tasks everyday this might not be for you. - Even though it is a lot of fun, it is serious work and you need to come in ready to roll up your sleeves and be mentally on your game. Not necessarily a con because it is extremely rewarding and your efforts are recognized, but it is not for the faint of heart.

THR33FOLD has a pretty diverse client portfolio so you will need to jump from different brands constantly with a totally different look and tone. As well as jumping from different industries and B2C and B2B projects/campaigns/comm collateral. This is something we all love from THR33FOLD so is not necessarily a con but it is not for everyone.
