Good compensation but no work satisfaction - Recensione dipendente - Auditing Project Lead presso TIAA

Overall 1) No respect for employees 2) Lot of politics at management level 3) Most of the time management is busy fire-fighting 4) The review process is very unfair. There is lot of favouritism. Managers have no prior experience with managing staff. 5) The company boasts of a diversified work force but it is not very apparent. 6) In my area, most of the staff came from the same place where Director was working before. Some of those people are there purely for their personal relationships and are hardly competent enough at their work.
