Strict schedules. Website and investment products are out dated. If you work in the call center, you will get yelled at, cussed out over stuff that you have no authority to change or help with at least a few times a day. All the departments can only do one function and thats it. If you like to get paid to be somebody's verbal punching bag, this might be the job for you.
